I have very much benefited from Justine's seminars on Gut Health, however, the area that has been most helpful for me has been her work on self-compassion.  For me, improving my gut health requires significant behaviour changes and let's face it, old habits die hard!  Self-compassion is what enables me to keep working at it - sometimes with a few steps backward, but I no longer beat myself up when this happens.  Over time, I find it easier and easier to make more healthful choices in terms of food, sleep, exercise and other stress reduction techniques.
